Food Protection is responsible for food establishment inspections, food establishment complaint investigations, new food establishment plan reviews and conducting Food Handler Training. Anyone who wants to open a food establishment or operate a temporary food booth must fill out an Application. (Click on links below to download applications)

Food Establishment Fees
Fixed Locations
Number of Employees	Permit Fee
one to five	$200
six to nineteen	$300
twenty and up	$500
Permits are valid October 1 to September 30
Plan Review.......1/2 permit fee
Mobile Food Vendor $100 (expires one year from date of issue)
Vending Machines Potentially Hazardous Foods $10 (expires one year from date of issue)
Temporary Events Permits are good for a maximum of 14 days $30 / booth
