Food Protection is responsible for food establishment inspections, food establishment complaint investigations, new food establishment plan reviews and conducting Food Handler Training. Fixed Locations
Number of Employees Permit Fee
one to five $200
six to nineteen $300
twenty and up $500
Permits are valid October 1 to September 30
Plan Review.......1/2 permit fee

Mobile Food Vendor

  • $100 (expires one year from date of issue)

Vending Machines

  • Potentially Hazardous Foods
  • $10 (expires one year from date of issue)

Temporary Events

  • Permits are good for a maximum of 14 days
  • $30 / booth
